Jim Curran focuses his practice in residential real estate law. He represents individuals buying a home or refinancing their existing residence.

Mr. Curran received his B.A. in Math from the University of Pennsylvania in 1980 (Dean's List 6 semesters graduating with honors) and his J.D. from the National Law Center at George Washington University in 1993. He spent the intervening years as an economist for Wharton Econometrics and McGraw Hill.

Prior to Conaty & Curran LLC., Jim was a sole practitioner in residential real estate. Before that he practiced corporate and real estate law at White and Williams and Connor & Weber.

Mr. Curran maintains active membership in the Delaware and Pennsylvania Bar Associations.

Mr. Curran coaches youth soccer and basketball through the local YMCA.
