Attorneys
Wilmington native Tom Conaty graduated from Salesianum School. He attended Oxford University in England and Washington College in Chestertown, Maryland where he made the Dean's list. He graduated from Catholic University Law School in 1992. He has been an attorney for the Zeneca Corporation. He also served as a law clerk in The Superior Court of the State of Delaware for Judge Haile Alford. Mr. Conaty is a member of the Saint Patrick's Society, a charitable organization that supports the Saint Patricks’s Senior Center on Wilmington's east side. He also served as a commissioner on the Delaware Harness Racing Commission. Mr. Conaty maintains an active membership in real estate section of the Delaware Bar Association. He was appointed to the Delaware Bar Association Professional Guidance Committee, which helps lawyers with practice management issues. In addition, Mr. Conaty lectures for the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association to inform teens about the legal implications of drug and alcohol abuse. He concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, estate probate, real estate and business law. Mr. Conaty also practices trial and appellate litigation in the Delaware State Courts and the Federal Courts.
